S&A RELIES ON INFLUENCE AND PERSUASION TO BUILD COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS AS IT DOES NOT HAVE LINE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OTHER TEAMS.
